We guarantee the quality and workmanship of our products for 30 days from the date you receive your order. We will accept product returns based on the criteria below in the event that the item is the wrong colour or size, defective, broken during shipping, or if a product is sent that is different from the item that was ordered.
Product purchases from allsafetygear.ca that meet the guidelines listed below will be subject to a 20% restocking fee unless noted otherwise. The 20% fee will either be deducted from the total refund or will be charged when the Return Authorization is issued. A credit card must be provided at that time. Returns for merchandise beyond the "30 days from the date you receive your order" return timeframe will not be accepted.
Return Process. To return merchandise that meets the criteria outlined below, you must contact an allsafetygear.ca Customer Service Representative at 1-855-216-6833 or via e-mail at email@example.com within 30 days from the date you receive your order to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please indicate at this time if you are interested in exchanging the product for another item or if you want a refund. Returns must be shipped to the warehouse address provided on the RA# receipt. You must also include a copy of the RA in the box that contains the returned merchandise or the returned item(s) will not be accepted. Each return shipment must include a tracking number for verification purposes.
Return Shipping Costs. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for all merchandise.
For clothing, shoes and boots purchased: Returns will be accepted for only unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise that still contains the original tags, and is in the original package (if any). Custom and/or special orders will not be accepted. Your returned merchandise will be returned to you if the apparel or shoes/boots exhibit any obvious signs of wear or are not in the "new" condition in which they were received. All original packaging and materials including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, instructions and any other materials in the original shipment must be returned with your merchandise. If an exchange is desired, the new product will be shipped once All Safety Gear receives the returned merchandise.
Unused/Unopened products: Returns will only be accepted for products that are in new condition, still contain the original tags, have not been used, and are in the original packaging (if any). Any items that have been used or if the package has been opened will not be accepted.
Defective Merchandise: Returns for manufacturer defects will be accepted. All original packaging and materials including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, instructions, and any other materials in the original shipment must be returned with your merchandise. Return shipping for damaged or defective merchandise is FREE.
Incorrect Merchandise: Contact an allsafetygear.ca Customer Service Representative at 1-855-216-6833 or via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org if you received an item that is different than what was described on the website or is the wrong size, colour, or style than what you ordered.
